At ProPlay Academy, we want to make sure your experience is smooth and fair. Here’s how refunds work on our platform:
How Refunds Work (2 Steps)
Step 1: Refund to Your Website Balance
When a refund is approved, the money is first returned to your ProPlay Academy account balance. You can use it for future purchases by selecting “Account Balance” during checkout.
Step 2: Refund to Your Original Payment Method
If you prefer, we can return the money from your website balance back to your original payment method (like your bank card or PayPal).
This process takes up to 96 business hours after your request is submitted to our support team.
When Can You Request a Refund?
You can request a refund in the following situations:
- Your order was canceled
- Your booster provided extremely poor service
(Our management team will review the case before making a decision) - You changed your mind about the order
(If the service already started, we’ll offer a partial refund based on progress) - A dispute was opened, and the Arbitration Team decided a refund (full or partial) is appropriate
How to Request a Refund
- Go to your order page and click “I need help”, or
- Message our support team via the website chat.
⏳ Please allow 3–5 business days for us to review arbitration tickets before we proceed.
Rules for Refunds Back to Your Original Payment Method
- Refunds can only go back to the same bank account or PayPal you used to top up your balance.
- You can request a full or partial refund, but:
- Most payment systems only allow full refunds
- Partial refunds are only supported by a few providers like PayPal
- If you spent part of your balance or received a partial refund from arbitration:
- We’ll refund the remaining amount if your payment system supports partial refunds
- If not, the money will stay in your account balance, and you can use it later on the site
⏳ Please wait 96 business hours before contacting us about the refund status.
After we process the refund, it may take 1 to 14 business days for the money to reach your personal account — depending on your bank or payment provider. We don’t control this part of the process.
✅ No extra fees are charged for refunds.
You’ll get back the exact amount you originally paid (if a commission was charged at the time of payment, it should also be returned by your payment provider).
